Cancellation Policy
Late Policy:
Please arrive on time and makeup-free for your appointment. If you are running late, text 814-636-0403 as soon as possible.
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time will have their appointment cancelled. Full payment for the booked service will still be required. Notification that you are running late does not extend the 15-minute grace period.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the booked service. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the cancellation fee has been paid in full.
No-Show Policy:
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment and provide no notice will be charged 100% of the booked service. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the no-show fee has been paid in full.
Existing Lash Extensions:
If you currently have lash extensions from another artist, this must be disclosed prior to your appointment. A removal must be booked when necessary. Arriving with undisclosed existing extensions may result in cancellation if there is not enough scheduled time to safely remove the existing extensions and complete the booked service.
Leaving the lobby/waiting area: Once you arrive, you must remain in the designated lobby until I personally retrieve you. I may be unable to monitor calls or texts while performing another client’s service. Leaving the lobby or building without my authorization does not pause or extend your appointment time. If you are unavailable when I retrieve you and the appointment can no longer be completed within the remaining scheduled time, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation/no-show and 100% of the scheduled service price will be due.
