Cancellation Policy
• New Clients: A deposit is required for all new lash sets. If a new client cancels or reschedules within 2 hours of the appointment time, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Established Clients: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid fees.
• No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment, a 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
